Katsuura Big Doll Festival - Chiba

At the Katsuura Big Doll Festival, one of the events in Katsuura that precedes spring time, Hina dolls adorning the 60 stone steps of Tomisaki Shrine and Kakuo-ji Temple welcome visitors each year.
In particular, approximately 7,000 Hina dolls are lined up on a special stage in the main hall of the Küste venue, and their dignified beauty and stunning appearance, dyed in vermilion and gold, is simply breathtaking! In addition, the whole city is adorned with 25,000 Hina dolls during the event, enveloping the city in the colors of spring.
