Hitachinokuni Soushagu Annual Festival (Ishioka Festival) - Ibaraki

Ishioka Festival is the grand festival of the Hitachi no Kuni Sosha Gu Shrine, one of the three great Kanto festivals.
Starting with the elegant mikoshi portable shrines, more than 40 gorgeous dashi floats and brave horojishi lions parade through the city during the three-day festival which attracts more than 400,000 visitors every year.

Event Dates Every year on September 15 and for three days with Respect for the Aged Day as the last days.
