This official specialty shop is filled with delicacies from Hokkaido, including the popular soft-served ice cream and famous confectionary, soul foods of Hokkaido such as jingisukan, ramen and soup curry, and even mentha products. Its like spending every day in a small products fair. Please enjoy the Namama ice cream, which offers a novel blend of soft-served ice cream and amazake, almost like drinking “wa.”
A recommended product is the Nispa no Koibito meat sauce, a thick and rich flavored sauce blending tomatoes and wagyu beef. This is an extravagant product that draws out the umami of tomatoes and the true umami of wagyu beef.
