A counter for consultations about emigrating to/back to Niigata has been made on the B1 floor. On the first and second floors, there is a shop packed with carefully chosen products from Niigata, as well as THE ONIGIRI Ya, which sells onigiri made with Niigata rice, and Niigata Refined Sake THE SAKE Stand where you can try various sakes for a fee.
On the eighth floor is a restaurant that uses ingredients and even cutlery and tableware from Niigata, so you can experience the charms of Niigata with all five senses.
