8base is a regional specialty shop that promotes the Hachinohe Area of Aomori Prefecture (Hachinohe City, Sannohe Town, Gonohe Town, Nanbu Town, Takko Town, Hashikami Town, Oirase Town, and Shingo Village) to the rest of Japan. Along with a shop offering a selection of local specialties, there is an on-site restaurant where you can savor regional cuisine and seasonal ingredients from the Hachinohe Area. 8base also hosts events as a base for connecting people in Tokyo with food, culture, and people from the Hachinohe Area.
