Mikuni Festival - Fukui

The Mikuni Festival is a regular festival of Mikuni Shrine held every year from May 19th to 21st. In the middle of the festival on the 20th, six yama floats lead a procession of shrine maidens, matoi flags, warriors, shrine guardians, taiko drums, hoko floats, banners, and other people connected to the shrine, accompanied by large and small mikoshi shrines, town from the Mikuni Shrine torii gate.
